Aging with Dignity, the creator of the Five Wishes advance directive, is pleased to offer multiple language translations developed with support from the United Health Foundation. Five Wishes has become the most popular advance directive in America because it is easy to use and understand, and it addresses the personal, emotional, and spiritual issues that people say matter most to them during times of serious illness. Thanks to new language translations, Five Wishes can now be used by people who may find it difficult to understand or complete the English document.
