How to Customize

When you distribute Five Wishes, in addition to providing an important service and helpful information, you have a chance to promote your company or organization. Custom copies of Five Wishes deliver your message to your target audience, in multiple frequencies, at the most opportune times.

The entire back cover of Five Wishes, with the exception of a small copyright paragraph, may be used to print your custom design.

• Put your company logo on the back page
• Include your contact information
• List your mission statement, programs, or services
• Print a letter addressed to your specific audience

The minimum order of customized copies is 1,000. Each copy is $1 and the customization is no additional charge. Shipping is additional, and varies with location.

Print Specs are as follows :

• Our standard ink color is PMS 293 (blue), please submit all graphics in black
• Paper used is 60 pound white offset
• Using only the bottom half of the back cover, the dimensions are 558 points or 7.75 inches wide and 286 points in depth or 3.972 inches tall
• Using the entire outside back cover, the dimensions are 673 points or 9.347 inches tall, and 558 points or 7.75 inches wide.
• .eps, .pdf, and .tif are all acceptable formats for submission- NOT Publisher

Please send artwork to one of the emails below as an attachment. Additional charges may apply if any redesign or   graphic work is needed.

Please allow approximately four weeks from the time we receive your artwork, until the copies are shipped.
